Designer (Lucknow)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design modular kitchens and bathrooms with an emphasis on functionality and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
- Develop detailed drawings and renderings for interior spaces.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Create architectural designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3ds Max.
- Design facades, landscaping, outdoor living spaces, and architectural elements that complement the building's identity.
- Recommend sustainable, cost-effective, and up-to-date materials aligned with current design trends.
- Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and ensure projects remain financially viable.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain design integrity. Requirements
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in interior and exterior projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, colour theory, and material selection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
