Asst. Manager - HR (Lucknow)

Role : Assistant Manager – HR Experience
- 6–8 Years Preferred Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / Manufacturing Industry Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate with consultants and hiring managers for manpower planning and closures.
- Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Generate and process PF & ESIC challans within timelines.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, labour laws, and employee records.
- Maintain attendance, employee database, and compliance reports.
- Support HR operations, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for manpower deployment and compliance. Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour compliance, and HR operations.
- Experience in recruitment for EPC, manufacturing, or renewable energy sectors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation. Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred. Pay: ₹25,000.00
