Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounts & HR Manager to manage both accounting and HR functions. The candidate should have proven experience in finance, taxation, payroll, and HR operations with the ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts: Maintain accurate books of accounts and manage day-to-day accounting activities
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supplier reconciliation
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances
Manage monthly TDS working and tax-related documentation
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
Prepare financial reports including MIS, balance sheet, and profit & loss statements
Assist in internal, statutory, and audit-related work
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws
Work on ERP/accounting software
Coordinate with auditors and support corporate financial reporting
HR: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Conduct induction and employee onboarding programs
Maintain employee records and HR database
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement
Handle attendance, leave management, incentives, and reimbursements
Ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.)
Support performance appraisal system and employee reviews
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues
Handle exit formalities and disciplinary actions when required
Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws
Skills Required: Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP systems)
Advanced MS Excel skills Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labour laws
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
