Group Company: HDFC Bank Limited Designation: Debt Management-Collection Process Review Officer (158_1502_100108) Office Location: Medinipur Medinipur (Branch) Position description: Training Officer - Assets Primary Responsibilities: Collation of data for Trainers as per requirements for, IIBF training, Certification, and trained status, LMS, CSAT, Click to Call, Code of Conduct refreshers, attendance, recordings and FeedbackInfographic reports, Attrition calling and collation, Complaint tracker, Certificates audit, Accurate and timely submission of MIS / data as per activities above Extraction of reports from applications of IDMS, CSAT, LMS and any other applications / systems Accurate extraction and tabulation of the data extracted as per defined process.Storage of the reports as per defined process (Hard&soft form as applicable) Maintenance of all records in soft copy as well as hard copy formats as defined by the Bank Maintain accuracy&timeline in submission of information in content.
