For our pioneering work, Arboreal has overtime been awarded with National Startup Award (Food Processing, 2021), BIRAC Grant (Department of Biotechnology, India), Cartier Women's Initiative Award (APAC), Women Transforming India Award (NITI Aayog) amongst others.Role Description Arboreal is seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage quality assurance operations within our nutraceuticals division. This full-time role, based on-site in Lucknow, involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards, processes, and compliance frameworks. The manager will oversee inspections, audits, and quality testing, ensuring all products meet regulatory and safety standards. They will also support cross-functional teams in addressing quality-related issues and work towards continual product and process improvements.Qualifications Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards, regulatory compliance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in the nutraceutical or food industry Knowledge and experience of FSSAI's FSMS, Central License, Import Regulations and Audits Proficiency in implementing quality testing protocols and conducting audits and inspectionsSkills in analyzing and documenting production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing corrective actions Experience in people management, team collaboration, and ensuring alignment with organizational quality goals Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaborationBachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field PMP, HACCP, or ISO certification is a strong advantage Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and lead quality operations efficiently What we offer 1) Competitive Compensation.
