We seek a versatile Accounts Manager to oversee client accounts and financial processes while managing administrative operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in both client relations and organizational tasks, ensuring seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities:Accounts Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Manage invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reconciliation using tools like QuickBooks. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to achieve revenue targets and resolve discrepancies.Prepare financial reports (budgets, forecasts, P&L statements). Negotiate contracts and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records (financial, client, inventory) and ensure compliance. Oversee office operations: supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize company events.Handle internal/external communications and confidential data. Assist HR with onboarding, payroll, and employee documentation.
