Develop design concepts and translate them into compelling presentations for clients. Create and review detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities) to ensure budget compliance and accuracy.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution. Produce 3D visualizations and renderings using SketchUp, V-Ray, and other relevant software. Conduct site visits to ensure design concepts are being executed as planned. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining client satisfaction.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential or commercial projects. Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, and AutoCAD. Expertise in creating detailed BOQs and strong project management skills.Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with current trends in interior design and furniture.
