HR Manager (Lucknow)

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet the company’s current and future staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role objectives
- Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and internal platforms
- Source candidates using various methods, including databases, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Provide feedback to candidates and manage offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire)
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (agency or in-house)
- Familiarity with ATS and HR databases
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills and match them to job requirements
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple recruitment assignments
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00
