Bookkeeper (Lucknow)

We are seeking an experienced and detail focused Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role involves delivering high quality bookkeeping services to a diverse client base, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations while contributing to overall team and business success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping records for multiple clients
- Build and sustain solid client relationships as a trusted point of contact
- Implement, maintain, and support accounting software solutions, including Xero
- Prepare accurate financial records, including income and expenditure statements
- Reconcile balance sheets and profit & loss accounts
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and income with high accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control activities
- Provide support for ad hoc financial and administrative tasks

Requirements:
- CA Inter / BCom qualification
- 2+ years of UK/Irish bookkeeping experience (preferably in an accountancy practice)
- Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software/tools
