Vendor Risk Analyst (Lucknow)

Job Title Vendor Risk Analyst / Manager Role Contract
- Remote Location: India Experience: 7+ Years

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Vendor Risk Analyst / Manager to manage vendor risk assessments, compliance checks, onboarding activities, and vendor governance processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in vendor risk management, due diligence, compliance controls, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform vendor risk assessments and due diligence activities including KYC and sanctions screening
- Manage vendor onboarding processes and validate vendor tax and banking details
- Ensure compliance with SOX, AML, and internal control requirements
- Monitor vendor risks using KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
- Maintain vendor master data accuracy and conduct periodic vendor audits
- Support internal and external audit activities with proper documentation and compliance records
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT teams for vendor governance and risk mitigation
- Identify and escalate vendor-related risks and compliance gaps
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures

Required Skills
- Strong experience in vendor risk management and vendor governance
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, SOX compliance, and sanctions screening
- Experience in vendor onboarding and master data management
- Good understanding of audit processes and internal controls
- Ability to work with dashboards, KPIs, and risk reporting tools
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certifications in Risk, Compliance, or Vendor Management are preferred
