Role : Assistant Manager – HR

Preferred Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. Coordinate with consultants and hiring managers for manpower planning and closures. Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation. Generate and process PF & ESIC challans within timelines. Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, labour laws, and employee records. Maintain attendance, employee database, and compliance reports. Support HR operations, employee engagement, and grievance handling. Coordinate with project/site teams for manpower deployment and compliance.

Required Skills: Solid knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour compliance, and HR operations. Experience in recruitment for EPC, manufacturing, or renewable energy sectors. Valuable communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹40,000.00 per month
