Key Responsibilities Outbound & Inbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential UK clients via outbound dialer campaigns, digital web leads, and follow up on warm inbound inquiries. Initial Debt Assessment: Conduct thorough, skilled, and empathetic telephone consultations to understand the prospect’s current financial crisis, including total unsecured debt, income, and expenditure. Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects against standard UK insolvency criteria (e.g., minimum debt thresholds, number of creditors, and secure income) to determine if an IVA is a viable path. Data Accuracy & CRM Management: Maintain flawless records of client interactions, debt figures, and contact details in the CRM database. Compliant Warm Handoff: Transfer qualified leads seamlessly to senior Debt Advisors or Licensed Insolvency Practitioners for formal processing. Objection Handling: Confidently navigate objections and transparent up misconceptions about IVAs, credit scores, and debt management while maintaining a consultative, non-aggressive approach.
