Job Title: Quality Analyst (Walk-in Interview)
Location: Lucknow
Package: Up to ₹7 LPA
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Interview Mode: Walk-in Job
Description: We are hiring an experienced Quality Analyst for our call center/telecalling process.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring call quality, ensuring compliance, improving team performance, and driving process excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and audit customer interaction calls to ensure quality standards are met
Analyze call recordings and provide actionable feedback to telecallers/team leaders
Conduct call calibration sessions to maintain scoring consistency Identify process gaps and suggest quality improvement measures
Track compliance against company-defined quality parameters and telecaller behavior standards
Prepare daily/weekly quality reports, dashboards, and performance analysis
Conduct induction sessions for new joiners on quality expectations and process guidelines
Organize refresher training sessions based on audit findings and performance metrics
Support implementation of recent quality processes to improve operational performance
Coordinate with stakeholders and operations teams for continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst in BPO/Call Center/Telecalling process
TELECALLING experience of 3 years would be required ( ON PAPERS)
Robust knowledge of call auditing, quality monitoring, and calibration
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in preparing quality reports and dashboards Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to provide coaching and performance feedback
Preferred: Experience in insurance/sales process will be an added advantage
