Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise SaaS applications and modern automation frameworks (Selenium or Playwright).
This role is critical in a quick-paced, multi-product workplace where quality, speed, and execution discipline are closely monitored. You will play a key role in supporting a shift-left QA model, focusing on automation-first testing while also being adaptable to handle manual validation when required.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright (must-have)
Execute and validate:
Functional tests
Regression test suites
End-to-end workflows across SaaS applications
Actively contribute to a shift-left testing approach, collaborating closely with developers for early defect detection
Participate in test planning, test case design, and test data preparation
Execute manual testing for urgent, edge-case, or exploratory scenarios when needed
Run, analyze, and debug automated test results, ensuring stability and reliability of test suites
Support performance and integration testing efforts as required
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure consistent execution in build cycles
Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis
Continuously improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and automation reliability
Work across multiple teams and priorities, handling parallel tasks effectively
Required Qualifications
5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on test automation
Hands-on expertise in Selenium or Playwright (mandatory)
Experience testing enterprise SaaS applications
Strong knowledge of:
Automation frameworks and scripting (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)
Test design techniques and QA methodologies
API testing and integration validation
Experience working in Agile / shift-left environments
