Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Configuration Manager with deep expertise in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules. This senior-level individual contributor role will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday solutions that support our global workforce. The ideal candidate will be a Workday subject matter expert who can work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions.

Summary Of Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules to meet complex business requirements.

Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Partner with Payroll & Absence teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.

Perform impact analysis for new features and enhancements during Workday releases (R1 & R2).

Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality assurance for all configurations.

Provide expert-level guidance on Workday best practices and system optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR, to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.

Maintain documentation of configurations and processes for audit and compliance purposes.

Stay updated with Workday releases and recent features; evaluate and implement new functionalities as needed.

Participate in bi-weekly sprints.

Qualifications (Minimum Required)

Workday Pro Certification in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, or other relevant modules preferred.

5 to 8 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with proven expertise in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking.

Solid understanding of Workday business processes and security frameworks.

Experience in building, testing, and deploying Workday solutions in a global setting.

Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while influencing stakeholders.
