Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Telecaller role, based in Lucknow. The Telecaller will engage with potential clients, schedule appointments, and provide information about our real estate services and properties. Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a customer database, resolving client inquiries, and following up on leads to convert them into prospects. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in customer engagement and contribute to achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients Sales and persuasion skills to convert leads into prospects and appointments Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data management Problem-solving and active listening skills to address customer inquiries and concerns Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets Familiarity with the real estate market, particularly in Lucknow, is an advantage Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is beneficial Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n83xr
