Hr Manager Lucknow

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet the company’s current and future staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role objectives Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and internal platforms Source candidates using various methods, including databases, social media, and employee referrals Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels Conduct reference checks and background verifications Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Provide feedback to candidates and manage offer negotiation and onboarding coordination Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire) Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (agency or in-house) Familiarity with ATS and HR databases Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to assess candidates’ skills and match them to job requirements Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple recruitment assignments Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
