TGT Computer Teacher (Ludhiana)

Job Overview We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Computer / IT Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching computer fundamentals, programming concepts, and digital literacy skills while fostering analytical and problem-solving abilities among students. Key Responsibilities
- Teach computer fundamentals, MS Office, internet applications, and digital literacy.
- Introduce programming languages (such as Python / Java / Scratch as per grade level).
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Conduct practical lab sessions and ensure proper lab management.
- Assess student performance through projects, assignments, and exams.
- Guide students in computer-based projects and competitions.
- Ensure safe and responsible use of technology in the classroom.
- Maintain computer lab equipment and coordinate with IT support when required.
- Participate in school meetings, events, and training programs. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / BCA / MCA or related field.
- B.Ed. (preferred/mandatory as per school requirement).
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (school experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of computer applications and programming basics. IB or progressive curriculum experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Training support may be provided. Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,735.81
