Role Description This is an in office contract role for Java Full Stack Trainers located in Madanapalle. The role involves designing and delivering instructor-led training programs on Java full stack technologies, including both front-end and back-end development concepts. Trainers will prepare curriculum, training materials, hands-on labs, and assessments tailored to learners with varying experience levels. Daily responsibilities include conducting interactive classroom sessions, guiding learners through real-world projects, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to update course content based on industry trends, documenting learner progress, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies. Qualifications Strong proficiency in core Java, advanced Java, and related back-end frameworks (such as Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs) suitable for full stack application development. Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework) relevant to building full stack applications. Practical knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), version control systems (such as Git), and application deployment processes. Demonstrated experience in technical training, corporate training, or academic instruction, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently. Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive teaching style. Ability to design structured training content, practical exercises, and assessments aligned with current industry practices. Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications in Java or full stack development are an advantage.
