Job Description Position: Intern
- Project Management (Open to Students last year studies or less than 2 years), PMP certification is mandatory Period: June 2026 to Dec 2026 Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Program Management Assistant-Internship to support program execution across key strategic initiatives, including biologics technology transfer, construction facility projects, and commissioning activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to project planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution in a regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in development, tracking, and maintenance of integrated project plans for biologics tech transfer, construction, and commissioning
- Support creation and monitoring of timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Track project progress and highlight risks or delays
- Prepare project dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Facilitate meetings and track action items
- Maintain documentation aligned with regulatory standards
- Support SOP development and documentation packages
- Assist construction planning and commissioning tracking
- Identify risks and support mitigation planning Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or equivalent) PMP (Project Management Qualified) certification – Required Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of project management principles
- Knowledge of biologics manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with construction and commissioning lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / PowerPoint
