Description
Key Responsibilities Finance & Compliance
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Manage statutory compliances (Income Tax, GST, TDS, Professional Tax, MCA filings, etc.).
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors; ensure timely closure of audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial projections for management.
- Implement internal controls, processes, and systems for financial discipline. Vendor Management
- Onboard and manage vendors supplying invoices for discounting.
- Verify vendor documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and maintain vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely reconciliation and settlements with vendors. Investor Management
- Manage investor onboarding, due diligence, and KYC processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for investor queries and relationship management.
- Provide regular investment updates, MIS, and payout statements to investors.
- Support fundraising activities and liaise with potential institutional investors. Deal Structuring & Execution
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of invoice discounting deals from vendor onboarding, credit evaluation, and investor mapping to closure.
- Structure deal terms including discount rates, tenure, and payout schedules.
- Coordinate documentation (agreements, board resolutions, undertakings, etc.) and ensure compliance.
- Oversee fund flow and ensure timely disbursement to vendors and repayments to investors. Strategic Support
- Work closely with leadership to design financial models for scaling.
- Provide inputs on risk management, credit evaluation, and securitization structures.
- Support in drafting board resolutions, agreements, and regulatory documents. Qualification & Experience
- Semi-qualified CA / Qualified CMA with strong domain knowledge.
- 3-5years of relevant experience in finance, vendor/investor management, or fintech/financial services.
- Strong understanding of compliance, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Exposure to NBFCs, fintech, or invoice discounting/trade finance is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience on Tally, Zoho Books, MS Office & dashboard presentation skills
