Architect - Open Plots (Madhapur)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare layout plans for open plot developments as per DTCP/HMDA/Local Authority norms
- Design road networks, plot demarcations, amenities, parks, and common areas
- Develop AutoCAD drawings, layout revisions, and approval drawings
- Coordinate with surveyors, civil engineers, and liaison teams
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and NOCs
- Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, RERA, and land-use policies
- Provide design inputs for entrance gates, compound walls, clubhouses, and amenities
- Support marketing team with layout visuals, brochures, and presentation drawings
- Conduct site visits to ensure design execution matches approved layouts
- Manage layout modifications based on feasibility and authority feedback Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of open plot layout planning and land development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (SketchUp / 3D tools preferred)
- Understanding of local development regulations (HMDA/DTCP/RERA)
- Ability to read survey drawings and topographic maps
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong planning ability Educational Qualification
- B.Arch / B.Tech (Civil with strong architectural exposure)
- Registration with Council of Architecture (preferred) Preferred Experience
- Experience in open plots, plotted developments, or township projects
