Sales Manager Madhapur

Sri Hayagreeva Infra Developers is hiring a confident, professional Sales Manager / Relationship Manager for our Hyderabad operations. The candidate will handle residential construction leads, explain our turnkey construction packages, coordinate site visits, follow up with prospects, and support management in closures.

· Handle inbound and outbound leads for residential construction enquiries.

· Explain construction packages, pricing logic, specifications, timelines and company process clearly to clients.

· Coordinate office meetings, site visits, virtual meetings and follow-ups with NRI/local clients.

· Maintain daily lead status, call reports, follow-up sheets and next-action plans.

· Build trust with clients through skilled communication and disciplined follow-up.

· Work closely with senior sales manager and management till closure.

Candidate Requirements

· 2 to 6 years of experience in real estate, construction, interiors, banking sales, luxury product sales, or client relationship roles.


· Robust English and Telugu communication preferred; Hindi is an added advantage.

· Positive presentation skills, patience in client handling, and confidence to explain premium pricing.

· Hyderabad-based candidates preferred; immediate joiners will be prioritised.

· Basic CRM/Excel/WhatsApp follow-up discipline is required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month
