We are expanding our regional footprint and looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals to join us as Gold Agents to drive local growth and build robust community networks. Job Role & Responsibilities: Network Building: Develop and maintain a strong network of local clients, families, and businesses in your assigned district/town. Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers who are looking for reliable gold loan settlements, selling gold, or gold investment services. Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through local marketing, reference networks, and field visits. Customer Guidance: Educate local customers about Mana Gold's services, transparent evaluation process, and benefits. Relationship Management: Assist customers through the service process, ensuring high satisfaction to build long-term trust and repeat business. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Minimum 10th Pass Experience: 0 to 5+ years of experience in Field Sales, Insurance Agency, Microfinance (MFI), Real Estate, Telecom distribution, or Chit Funds is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome. Languages: Strong command over Telugu and basic understanding of English. Skills: Excellent communication, networking, interpersonal skills, and a result-oriented mindset. Vehicle: Having a two-wheeler and a smartphone is a major plus for local travel.
