Sales Manager Madhapur

Responsible for Showroom Sales and Visual upkeep of the showroom. Responsible for achievement of sales targets at lights library. Attending showroom walk-in customers, understanding their requirements and pitching right products and solutions. Approaching architects and designers to bring current orders. Cold calling at least 1 hour daily to set appointments. Regular follow ups with showroom walk-ins, architects and designers to close ongoing quotations. Preparing quotations with the help of support staff or by yourself when needed. Ensuring customer satisfaction by setting right expectations and fulfilling commitments. Doing site visits when needed to suggest and propose lighting products to clients. Maintaining record of showroom walk-ins on google spreadsheet. Reporting team weekly on target vs achieved. Ensuring customer satisfaction by setting right expectations and fulfilling

commitments. Account management by servicing clients and projects on the go (Includes project site

visits, product demo meetings with clients, understanding client needs, preparing

quotation and plan on MS excel, share prices on the go, providing samples at the site,

providing electrician and technical support, tracking, and ensuring prompt payments

from clients.) Vendor Management by acting as a point of contact. (Includes sourcing products as

per client's requirements, checking the availability of products, coordinating

purchases, invoicing, transportation, and tracking shipment.) New sales by staying connected with clients and assessing their needs from time to

time to cross sell and upsell. Reaching out to architects and design firms for pitching

lighting solutions and adding new clients. Learning and being updated about decorative and architectural lighting (includes

LEDs, chandeliers, lamps, outdoor lights, etc.)

Pay: ₹30,000.00
- ₹35,000.00 per month
