The ideal candidate should have solid subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students to appreciate and excel in the Bengali language and literature. Key Responsibilities
- Teach Bengali language and literature to students as per the curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Encourage participation through interactive and creative teaching methods.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with parents and fellow teachers to support student progress.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic events. Requirements ✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Bengali or related field ✔ B.Ed. qualification preferred ✔ Prior teaching experience preferred ✔ Strong command of spoken and written Bengali ✔ Excellent classroom management and communication skills ✔ Passion for teaching and student development Pay: ₹11,000.00
