Role Description : We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the entire Operations function at Blue Tea India. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and scalable functioning of all operational activities across the organization. The Operations Manager will manage multiple functional teams (such as supply chain, logistics, procurement, warehouse, compliances and NPD) through their respective team leads/managers. The role focuses on strategic oversight, resource planning, process governance, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring operational efficiency along with day-to-day management. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, structured thinking, and the ability to drive operational excellence while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Responsibilities: Managerial Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the entire Operations department, ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficiently
- Manage and mentor team managers across different operational functions
- Define team structures, roles, and accountability frameworks
- Ensure alignment of departmental goals with overall business objectives
- Drive performance management through KPIs, reviews, and regular check-ins
- Enable collaboration across teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance)
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of operational challenges
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement Technical / Functional Responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end operations including supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, Quality control and NPD, and order fulfilment
- Ensure proper planning and allocation of resources (manpower, inventory, infrastructure, supply-chain material)
- Monitor operational metrics such as TAT, SLA adherence, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and documentation requirements (including imports and exports)
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency across functions
- Identify process gaps and ensure systems/processes are in place for smooth execution
- Ensure scalability of operations to support business growth Interpersonal Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong leadership presence and decision-making ability
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors
- Communicate clearly across levels (team members to leadership)

- Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 8–10+ years, managing teams, FMCG/D2C preferred
