Japanese Teacher (Dum Dum)

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Japanese Language Trainer to conduct both online and offline classes for students, professionals, and language enthusiasts. The ideal candidate should have solid Japanese language proficiency, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences for learners at different proficiency levels. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Japanese language classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Deliver lessons through both online platforms and in-person classroom settings.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Teach Japanese grammar, vocabulary, conversation, reading, writing, and listening skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare students for Japanese language proficiency exams (JLPT N5–N1) if required.
- Conduct speaking practice sessions and cultural orientation programs.
- Maintain attendance records and performance reports.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Requirements
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2/N1 preferred).
- Previous experience teaching Japanese language to individuals or groups.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach both online and offline effectively.
- Knowledge of Japanese culture and business etiquette is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Preferred Skills
- Experience preparing students for JLPT examinations.
- Interactive teaching approach and student engagement techniques.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
