Fulfillment, Returns & Exchanges Operator (Miyapur)

Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
- Perform quality checks before packing
- Ensure timely dispatch (same day / next day)
- Update order status in Shopify Packaging
- Maintain premium packaging standards
- Include invoices and brand inserts
- Ensure safe and neat packing Returns & Exchanges
- Process return and exchange requests
- Verify eligibility based on company policy
- Inspect returned products for quality
- Handle size exchanges only Reverse Logistics
- Coordinate return pickups (RVP)
- Track return shipments
- Ensure timely processing of exchanges Inventory Coordination
- Update stock after dispatch/returns
- Report stock mismatches
- Coordinate with warehouse/store team Reporting & Excel Work
- Maintain daily logs of orders, returns, and exchanges
- Track return reasons and identify patterns
- Update inventory and order data in Excel sheets
- Prepare basic reports (daily/weekly) for management Customer Support Coordination
- Work with support team on order issues
- Verify customer claims (images/videos)
- Maintain professional and policy-based responses Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in e-commerce / warehouse operations
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or order management systems
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (important)
- Strong attention to detail
- Valuable organizational skills
