Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of site supervision and quality control
• Ability to handle and coordinate manpower efficiently
• Experience in conducting construction site inspections
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• candidates need to prepare Bill of materials, need to prepare construction quantities

Work location:

Kerala (KAYAMKULAM, KOCHUVELI)

Qualification: BE Civil engineering

Experience: 1+ year

Preference to experienced

Salary packages:

1) 18 to 20K for experienced for 1 - 2 year

2) 20 - 23 Kfor experienced fro 3-5 year

3) 15-18 K For fresher

(Accommodation, petrol allowance will be provided

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee construction projects
• Manage site operations and ensure quality control
• Supervise site activities and manpower handling
• Conduct construction site inspections and ensure compliance
• Prepare and review Bill of Materials (BoM)
