Program Manager (Madurai)

As a Program Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, managing resources, and coordinating teams to achieve organizational objectives. Skills – Medical Device Complaints Handling Services; Medical Devices Product and Development, Delivery Manager, PMS, Clinical experience (optional) Qualification – Mechanical Engineering Background, Bio Medical, Pharma. *No Computer science, Electronics and Communications Degree Holders. This role is suitable for Mechanical Engineering/Bio Medical Engineering graduates with below experience. Core Responsibilities
- Understand program’s vision, objectives, scope.
- Stakeholder management: Act as a bridge between senior leadership, project managers, and Key stakeholders. Clear communication, Detailed workouts and exceed customer expectations.
- Follow success metrics, aligning them with organizational goals.
- Support on RFI/RFP, Solution proposals, and monitor operational efficiency.
- Conflict Management : communicate progress (highlights and lowlights) to leadership, resolve conflicts, and ensure that all parties are aligned with the program’s objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement mitigation strategies to address challenges that could impact program success. Monitor performance of project, report early risks, have contingency plan wherever required. value stream mapping where required, ensuring that projects meet quality standards and contribute to strategic goals.
- Leadership and Team Development: Multi-tasking, mentorship, and support to project managers and teams. Foster collaboration encourages skilled growth, and maintains motivation across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Maintain minimum attrition, develop the next level leaders.
