- Navodaya Institute of Technology Location: Raichur, Karnataka About the Job role: We are looking for a highly organized, responsible, and experienced professional for the position of Controller of Examinations (CoE) to oversee and manage all examination-related activities of the institution. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain complete confidentiality and integrity in the examination process. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate internal, semester-end, supplementary, and autonomous examinations.
- Ensure fair, smooth, and transparent conduct of examinations as per academic regulations.
- Supervise confidential activities related to question paper setting, printing, storage, and distribution.
- Monitor answer script evaluation and ensure timely declaration of examination results.
- Maintain complete confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity throughout the examination process.
- Coordinate with department heads, faculty members, and university authorities regarding examination activities.
- Manage hall tickets, examination schedules, grade sheets, and student academic records.
- Handle examination grievances, malpractice cases, revaluation, and backlog examination processes.
- Ensure adherence to autonomous and university examination guidelines and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement of examination systems and academic administrative processes. Required Skills & Competencies:

- Education: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized university. A Ph.D. in Engineering/Technology/Management is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 to 15 years of teaching experience in an AICTE-approved institution, with at least 3 to 5 years of active experience in examination cell administration (e.g., as an Assistant/Deputy CoE).
