Job Purpose<\/b> <\/p> Drive sales growth of solar products through distributor training and customer engagement.

<\/li> Expand the dealer and distributor network by onboarding high -potential partners from the solar industry and competitors.

<\/li> Build long -term trust with channel partners to ensure Loom Solar remains their first choice for solar solutions.

Primary Responsibilities<\/b> <\/p> Meet retail shops, solar dealers, and distributors daily (minimum 10 visits) to promote Loom Solar products.

<\/li> Conduct cold calling to prospective solar dealers/customers to generate current business opportunities.

<\/li> Develop a strong dealer network by generating leads and converting them into active partners.

<\/li> Negotiate with dealers to position Loom Solar as their preferred brand, ensuring competitive edge over other solar companies.

<\/li> Prepare and share customized quotations for solar product orders.

<\/li> Update all visits, leads, and sales data in the company’s sales application.

<\/li> Respond to dealer queries promptly to build robust relationships.

<\/li> Ensure 30 days’ stock availability with channel partners to support smooth order fulfilment.

<\/li> Track distributor/dealer stock movement and secondary/tertiary sales of solar products.

<\/li> Conduct dealer/distributor training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and trust.

Qualifications & Skills<\/b> <\/p> Any Graduate.

<\/li> 2–5 years of experience in solar product sales / channel sales / electrical product sales.<\/b> <\/li> Solid knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and rooftop solar solutions.

<\/li> Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship -building skills.

<\/li> Willingness to travel extensively to meet dealers and distributors.

<\/li> Self -driven, target -oriented, and passionate about renewable energy.
