HR Executive About the Role You will be a key member of the central HR team supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance for 1,000+ staff across 12 institutions. Fast-paced, high-visibility role with direct interaction with Principals, Chairman's office, and regulatory bodies (UGC, NMC, AICTE, PCI).Key Responsibilities End-to-end faculty&staff recruitment (LinkedIn, job portals, campus drives) Coordinate interviews, documentation, and offer letters Manage onboarding, employee records, and HRIS updates Support payroll inputs, attendance, and statutory compliance Assist in employee engagement activities, training calendars, and policy implementationHandle day-to-day employee queries with empathy and speed Eligibility&Skills MBA-HR / MSW / PGDHRM from a recognised institution 2–5 years of hands-on HR experience (education sector experience highly preferred) Excellent command over MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic HRIS Strong communication (English + Kannada / Hindi) High energy, ownership, and ability to work in a multi-campus environmentWhy Join NET HR Team Work directly under the CHRO and grow into leadership roles Be part of a value-driven group transforming lives of 6,000+ students Fast career progression for performers Supportive, people-first culture
