Role&Responsibilities Data Accuracy&Quality Checks Review all critical fields in the application form and DDE sheet to ensure completeness and alignment with policy guidelines. Verify the accuracy of data by cross-checking it against uploaded images and supporting documents. Ensure high data quality standards to minimize errors in the underwriting process.Dedupe&Background Checks Perform mandatory dedupe checks using tools such as Bureau Reports, Possidex, MDR, CRILC, Probe 42, etc. Analyze dedupe outputs and evaluate them in accordance with the bank's risk and policy framework before proceeding with credit decisions. Vendor Report Evaluation Review all vendor reports including CPV, Legal, Valuation, and Asset Verification reports to ensure:Reports align with the defined scope of work. All critical risk parameters are covered. Data is consistent and reliable for decision-making. Turnaround Time (TAT)&Productivity Meet defined underwriting TAT targets consistently. Underwrite allocated files efficiently to meet daily/monthly productivity norms. Minimize rework by ensuring thorough first-time right (FTAR) analysis. Accurately capture pending or reject reasons to reduce re-approval levels (RAL) without requiring additional documentation.Compliance&Audit Adherence Adhere to internal and external audit guidelines at all times. Ensure no breach of Credit Approval Discretion (CAD) limits. Actively support audit teams during reviews and ensure satisfactory closure of audit observations. Operational Discipline Mark attendance promptly upon system login and log out properly at the end of the day.Maintain confidentiality and comply with the bank's Information Security Guidelines— especially regarding User ID and password security.
