Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Malda. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales agents, develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, training and mentoring team members, monitoring sales performance, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. The role will require regular engagement with customers, partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality insurance services.
