Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in English Bazar. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, lead and mentor a team of insurance consultants to drive branch performance, and ensure targets are met. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. The Branch Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, evaluate performance metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
