- Maintenance Responsibilities include: Required Qualification: BE Elec/Diploma in Elec. Required Experience: 3 to 8 years and above relevant field is preferable. Required knowledge in Switch Gears, HT Panels, LT panels, DGs, Air Compressors, Tool room machines, EOT Cranes, Drives, Paint Booths, Fabrication equipment's, Material Handling Equipments, Robot welding and Programming through Communication in device net, Knowledge in PLC, Etc. Maintaining of IATF Records and procedures. Knowledge in SAP
- Supporting the maintenance manager Assisting with day-to-day activities, representing the maintenance manager when needed, and helping to develop and implement processes
- Maintenance PlanningDeveloping and implementing maintenance plans to ensure the equipment well maintained and production continuous Ensuring that equipment, spare parts, and supplies are available when needed
- Supervising staff Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Ensuring safety Ensuring the Safety and Health standards are met to prevent accidents.
- Analysing data Analysing maintenance data to optimize maintenance strategies and performance
- Coordinating with other departments Aligning maintenance schedules with production targets and collaborating with procurement to source equipment
- Maintaining records Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment history
