Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Malda. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales agents, develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, training and mentoring team members, monitoring sales performance, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. The role will require regular engagement with customers, partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality insurance services.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and inspiring sales teams

Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders

Solid organizational and analytical skills to monitor team performance and identify growth opportunities

Knowledge of health insurance products and industry trends is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic business needs

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
