Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Branch Sales Manager located in English Bazar. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, lead and mentor a team of insurance consultants to drive branch performance, and ensure targets are met. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. The Branch Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, evaluate performance metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills with expertise in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills to train, guide, and inspire the sales team
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and analyze market trends
- Customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
