Job Summary,
Assist in configuring, maintaining, and monitoring routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
Provide first-level support for network-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
Monitor network performance and availability using standard tools and report anomalies.
Support the implementation of security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of systems and applications.
Participate in routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
Assist in user support for connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
