Senior Accountant – JD (Multi-Company Accounting) This Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and consolidating the accounts of four integrated business verticals: Architecture, Real Estate Development, Construction Execution, and Land Transactions. The role requires end-to-end ownership of financial management, statutory compliance, project-based accounting, and reporting. Position Details Position Title: Senior Accountant Reports To: Director / CFO / Managing Partner Location: Kumara Park West Job Type: Full time Key Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate books of accounts for all 4 companies – segregated and consolidated.
· Handle day-to-day accounting: entries, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance.
· Track project-wise financials across architecture, construction, land, and development arms.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
· Client billing, milestone-based invoicing, receipts tracking for all services.
· Vendor payments, labor payments, subcontractor settlements – as per schedule.
· Manage GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory filings for each entity.
· Reconcile GST inputs/outputs across vendors and ensure compliance.
· Handle tax assessments, auditor queries, and regulatory filings.
· Track land deal payments: token, registry, JV share, legal costs.
· Prepare project budgets with management; monitor variance and cash flow.
· Maintain financial documentation for due diligence, audits, and internal reviews.
· Maintain updated financial records in Tally/Zoho or ERP; ensure regular backups.
· Coordinate with procurement, project managers, and admin teams for payments planning.
· Provide MIS reports and financial insights for strategic decisions.
· Liaise with banks for loans, limits, and finance-related documentation. Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance; CA Inter or CA preferred.
· Minimum 5–8 years of experience, ideally in real estate/construction.
· Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/ERP).
· Strong Excel skills; analytical mindset for project cost tracking.
· Ability to manage multi-company, multi-project accounting seamlessly.
· Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
· Proactive and dependable with confidentiality in handling financial data. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00
