Job Description: We arecurrently seeking a highly motivated and customer-orientedindividual to join our team as an Airport Ticketing Staff. Theideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strongunderstanding of the airline industry. As an Airport TicketingStaff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customerservice and ensuring a seamless ticketing process for our clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendlyand professional manner
- Sell and issue airline tickets tocustomers
- Handle ticket reservations, cancellations, and changes- Provide accurate and timely information on flight schedules,fares, and availability
- Process payments and issue receipts -Ensure compliance with all airline and company policies andprocedures
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely andsatisfactory manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensurea smooth and efficient ticketing process
- Maintain a clean andorganized ticketing counter and work area
- Keep up-to-date withchanges and updates in the airline industry
- Other duties asassigned by the management team Requirements:
- High school diplomaor equivalent
- Previous experience in ticketing or customerservice is preferred
- Knowledge of airline ticketing systems andprocedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in afast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail andaccuracy
