Job Title: Admin & Transport ManagerDepartment: Administration Industry: Real Estate & Hospitality Employment Type: Full-Time Location: On-site Job PurposeThe Admin & Transport Manager is responsible for managing administrative operations, employee transportation, company cabs, and staff accommodation across real estate or hospitality properties. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, high service standards, accurate data reporting, and compliance with company policies, safety norms, and hospitality best practices. Key ResponsibilitiesTransport & Cab Management
- Manage transportation services for employees, management, and guests (if applicable)
- Plan and schedule company vehicles, cabs, and drivers based on operational and property needs
- Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, logbooks, and trip records
- Ensure timely vehicle servicing, maintenance, insurance, permits, and statutory compliance
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and service quality standards for all transport operations Staff Accommodation & Residence Management
- Manage staff accommodation, including residences, dormitories, or staff housing facilities
- Handle room/house allotment, handover, and occupancy records
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and maintenance of staff residences in line with hospitality standards
- Coordinate with landlords, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
- Address and resolve staff accommodation issues promptly Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to transport, accommodation, assets, and vendors
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review
- Track and control costs related to transport and accommodation operations
- Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance requirements. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with transport vendors, cab operators, landlords, and service providers
- Liaise with internal departments such as HR, Operations, Security, and Finance Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local transport laws, safety standards, and company policies
- Manage emergency situations related to transport, facilities, or staff welfare
- Support safety audits and inspections across properties Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong administrative and operational management skills
- Experience in transport and staff accommodation management
- Excellent coordination and vendor management abilities
- Strong reporting, documentation, and data management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, resort, hotel, or township projects
- Experience managing staff housing and transport operations preferred Working Conditions
- In office role across real estate or hospitality properties
