Associate Agency Development Manager Himachal Pradesh

Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of agents and agent pipeline. Conduct career seminars for prospects and enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referrals for current agent hiring. Ensure product knowledge through AMLI training methods and field demonstrations (FODs). Identify training needs of agents and work with trainers to improve performance. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans while improving agent productivity and persistency. Maintain agent proactivity as per business plan and ensure customer queries are satisfactorily addressed.

Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 6 months in the last job. Age criteria: 24 to 35 years. Should be employed in BFSI/Structured Company with no more than 2 job changes in one year. Must be based in the city for at least 1 year. Robust understanding of agency channel distribution methods and insurance products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with agents on planning and reviewing activities and goals. Achievement of business targets and recruitment/development of agents as per plan. Number MTD Active-Persistency as per grid and number of EC/MDRT agents.
