- Curriculum & Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for various drawing techniques, including sketching, painting, and perspective.
- Demonstrations: Provide live demonstrations of art techniques using pencils, charcoal, brushes, watercolors, and acrylics.
- Student Evaluation: Assess student work, assign grades, and provide constructive feedback to encourage artistic growth.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating studio environment, including inventory management of art materials and supplies.
- Showcasing Artwork: Organize art exhibitions to display student work, building portfolios and boosting student confidence.
- Collaboration: Participate in parent-teacher meetings, faculty meetings, and support school-wide cultural programs and decorating duties. Required Skills and Qualifications
