Project Executive (Porur)

About the Role The Project Executive (Consultant) is responsible for executing consulting interventions, project deliverables, and implementation initiatives at client organizations under the guidance of Senior and Principal Consultants. The role involves client coordination, process analysis, documentation, implementation support, training, and project follow-up to ensure successful execution of consulting assignments within defined timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Execute consulting deliverables at client locations as per project plan
- Conduct process mapping, process analysis, and data collection
- Prepare SOPs, Job Descriptions, Organization Structures, manuals, and project documentation
- Coordinate with client teams for action closure and implementation support
- Conduct training and handholding for client staff
- Prepare visit reports, project status updates, and action trackers
- Identify process gaps and support operational improvements
- Maintain skilled client communication and project follow-ups
- Coordinate internally with consulting/project teams for deliverable execution Skills Required

- Problem-solving and follow-up discipline
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exposure to CRM / ERP / business process documentation is preferred Eligibility
- Engineering / MBA / Other Equivalent Degrees.
- 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Non IT , Business Analysis, project coordination, operations, or process improvement roles
- Tamil & English communication preferred
- Willingness to travel for client visits across Tamilnadu. Pay: ₹30,000.00
