Tele Caller Executive (Porur)

JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Telecaller – Real Estate Location:location-Porur Chennai Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads for real estate projects
- Explain property details, pricing, and offers to prospective customers
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into site visits
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain and update customer database in CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain call records and prepare reports Key Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Basic understanding of real estate industry
- Good follow-up and customer handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Good command of English and regional language Preferred Profile
- Experience in real estate telecalling or inside sales
- Target-oriented and result-driven attitude
