Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of handling administrative tasks with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as preparing invoices and tracking payments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR tasks, including maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Assist the sales and operations teams with documentation and client communication.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office activities.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role (preferably in the interior design or construction industry).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
