Procurement Engineer (Saravanampatti)

We are looking for a fresher as Procurement Engineer to manage our sourcing and vendor management processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that high-quality parts are procured at the best possible price while maintaining robust relationships with vendors. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for machine components and materials.
- Negotiate with suppliers to get high-quality parts at competitive prices.
- Ensure timely procurement of required components to avoid production delays.
- Work closely with the production and quality teams to meet company standards.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase orders, and cost analysis reports.
- Continuously explore cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Manufacturing Engineering , Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection and vendor management.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple procurement activities.
- Familiarity with sourcing mechanical components is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00
